Multiple choice, single answer (score)
Ideal for numerical scoring of attributes
This is the first three questions of an example survey - in this case a website evaluation survey on our own site. The first question is a typical multiple choice, single-answer question, ideal for scoring features. The aggregate scores of all your respondents will be analysed to give you an overall score for that feature. The two following questions are onen-ended or "text answer" questions; the results are given to you in listed form.

Rating questions
For rating the importance of issues or features
These question types are very user-friendly and quick to answer with one mouse click, but yield very valuable information to you. Do your customers think a low price is more important than next-day delivery? A do-tell-us.com survey can tell you the answer - perhaps allowing you to fulfill next day and raise your prices? You have complete control over the survey wording, and the results come back to you in easy-to-read graphical format, with the response numbers and percentages also given.

Multiple-choice, single answer
A very flexible and useful question type
The user can click one answer only, and the results come back to you graphically showing the percentages of respondents who gave each answer. The numerical results are also given.

Text and ranking questions
Followed by the "Submit" button
This is the close of a survey, showing (a) an open-ended text question - giving useful individual, qualitative feedback - then (b) a "ranking" question. At the foot of the screen is the Submit button, which closes and submits the survey. If you are a Silver or Gold member, you can have the survey user redirected seamlessly to your own website at this point - perhaps to a specially designed "thank you" page.
