We know that fast-growing, entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses - and of course not-for-profit organisations and community groups - look for minimal technical input and minimal cost commitment. So that is how we have designed the pricing for do-tell-us.com.



Simple, clear, per-use pricing - and no hidden extras

Our pricing is designed to enable even the smallest user to run a single survey - and for more frequent users to enjoy cost advantages.

With do-tell-us.com you pay:

NO minimum usage charges

We offer three member categories, depending on your anticipated usage of surveys: Bronze, Silver and Gold:

VAT: note that all prices show below are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%), and can be reclaimed by VAT-registered clients.

Startups, small businesses, charities and non-profit organisations: ask for details of our discount scheme.



Bronze level membership

Account setup: £15.00 (this is one-off, not annual)

Cost per survey: £35.00 for standard types (we have dozens) including 3 changes, plus 75p per additional change.

Survey closing page: do-tell-us.com "Thank You" page.

Cost per response: 25p for the first 100 responses, then 10p each.

Reporting of responses: FREE single report in standard format (including graphs, numerical totals and percentages); additional reports (eg interim): £10.00



Silver level membership

Account setup: £50.00 (this is one-off, not annual)

Cost per survey: £25.00 for standard types including 3 changes, plus 75p per additional change.

Survey closing page: seamless redirection to your own site at £15.00 per survey.

Cost per response: 25p for the first 100 responses, then 5p each.

Reporting of responses: FREE single report in standard format (including graphs, numerical totals and percentages); additional reports (eg interim): £10.00



Gold level membership

Account setup: £95.00 (this is one-off, not annual)

Cost per survey: £25.00 for standard types including 3 changes, plus 75p per additional change.

Survey closing page: seamless redirection to your own site at £10.00 per survey.

Cost per response: 15p for the first 100 responses, then 1p each.

Reporting of responses: FREE single report in standard format (including graphs, numerical totals and percentages); additional reports (eg interim): £10.00
